The valet staff were notably efficient and incredibly helpful with our luggage, making our arrival seamless.
Unfortunately, the room had a frustratingly leaky faucet in the bathroom that remained unrepaired during our stay.

The staff was genuinely attentive, greeting me by name and personalizing my experience throughout my stay.
The pool area was poorly maintained, with visible debris and green growth, making it unpleasant for guests.

During our family trip, we appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Power & Light District, making it easy to explore local shops and dining options. Our stay was troubled by the pool's cleanliness, with visible debris and unpleasant conditions that deterred us from using it. On the positive side, the breakfast provided was quite enjoyable, offering a nice start to our mornings.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed a spacious hearing-accessible room with great views. Staff was friendly, but the breakfast service lacked efficiency. A quick tip, be mindful of potential parking charges even if you don’t have a vehicle. Overall, a solid choice for groups looking to explore the downtown area.

I stayed for one night in a King Room. The room was clean and had nice views, but it was pretty noisy from the street traffic. The banging doors and people running around didn't help with the peace either. For the price, I expected a free breakfast, but they didn't offer one. Valet parking was a hassle too, had to pay extra for that.

I had a great time staying at the Courtyard in Kansas City for a recent trade show. The rooms were spotless, and I enjoyed the kind gestures like complimentary water bottles at check-in. The breakfast selection was a delightful treat each morning, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Power & Light District, making it easy to explore local dining options. However, I did notice that the noise from street traffic was a bit disruptive at times, which made it hard to fully relax. Another downside was the parking fees. I found the additional charges quite steep, which surprised me. But overall, the comfort of the beds and the cleanliness of the space kept me content during my stay.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Power & Light District, making it easy for our family to explore the area. We enjoyed the spacious Queen room we stayed in, and it was great having our pets with us. Breakfast was a delightful way to start our day.
My kids wished for better cleanliness in the pool area. It can be improved for families looking to relax and have fun.
